Guided Sessions

"The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls"

-Pablo Picasso.

“ I'm pleased I did the two days, the first day to compute and go home to think about it and the second to relax into it with more confidence. I learnt a great deal about basic "stuff", thumbnails, palate knives, charcoal, mark making etc. which will be very useful for the future. The main attraction of the course was to let myself go, become less controlling.... We had plenty of opportunity and encouragement to do that, including, pretending to be 3 year olds. I couldn't remember that, it was too long ago, but I gave it my best shot and felt by the end of the course there was definitely a break though. In my free time I will revisit this exercise.”
